We help our clients develop innovative products and services by uncovering meaningful patterns in people's work and play.
Our capacity to generate such insight is rooted in stakeholder engagement. We make space for their diverse points of view. We also enable them to share and compare differing perspectives. Doing so adds dimension to our understanding of situations, and how they can be changed. As important, it ensures that stakeholders are involved in this process; it gives them a framework in which to enact change.
We refer to this process as mapping. And, as is evident from ways that our work has shaped activities ranging from feature-film production to long-haul trucking to elementary-school education, such mapping helps people put things in perspective.
